All setting-specific materials (including but not limited to the complete contents of Chapter 7 of Malmsturm – Die Fundamente, the names and descriptions of the North (orig. “der Norden”), the Empire (orig. “das Imperium”), Okolnir, the Waismark, Gomgarka, Dhelyria (orig. “Dhelyrien”) and the Narakaná; the names and descriptions of Malmsturm, sphragilith (orig. “Sphragilith”), Empyrean Atlas (orig. “Empyræischer Atlas”), and Old Emperor (orig. “Alter Kaiser”); the names and descriptive material of all tribes, nations, cities, and geographical regions; all tradition names and descriptive material; the names and descriptive material of all creatures and locations in Chapter 8 of Malmsturm – Die Fundamente; all names and descriptive material of the archetypes in Chapter 3 of Malmsturm – Die Fundamente and Chapter 5 of Malmsturm – Die Fundamente) and all fictional texts (including but not limited to the vignettes titled “Schriften des Imperiums”, “Stimmen des Imperiums”, “Schriften des Nordens”,
“Stimmen des Nordens”,  “Schriften der Waismark”, and “Stimmen der Waismark”, as well as all setting-specific timelines and historical texts) are excluded from this license.

This is a game which revolves around the players collectively telling a story about brutal, exalted, dreadful, beautiful, bold and mad deeds and things. All characters and events mentioned in this work are entirely fictional. Any similarities to real persons, corpses, gods, non-euclidic geometries, plants and furniture as well as natural and nature-identical flavourings is completely coincidental (but would be incredibly funny).
